1. Introduction

Welcome to Dev Tour & Travel. By using our website, booking a cab, or contacting us through phone or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Without advance payment, the booking will be considered provisional and may be cancelled without prior notice.

3. Payment Policy

Customers are required to pay an advance amount ranging from 20% to 50% of the total booking value. The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip starts or during the journey as agreed. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

4. Pricing and Inclusions

The quoted fare includes fuel charges, driver allowance, and basic vehicle usage. Additional charges such as toll tax, parking, state entry fees, and any government taxes are not included unless clearly mentioned.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes in Booking

Any changes in travel date, time, or route must be informed in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

7. Driver and Conduct Policy

All drivers are experienced and trained, especially for hill driving. Customers must maintain respectful behavior with the driver. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or damage to the vehicle will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Travel Guidelines

Customers must be present at the pickup location on time. Delays beyond a reasonable waiting period may incur additional charges. Valid identification may be required during the journey. Overloading beyond seating capacity is strictly prohibited.

9. Waiting Charges

A complimentary waiting time of up to 30 minutes is provided at the pickup location. After that, waiting charges will apply depending on the vehicle type.

10. Uttarakhand Hill Travel Policy

Travel in hilly regions depends on weather and road conditions. Delays due to rain, landslides, snowfall, or traffic are possible. The driver has full authority to change the route or pause the journey if required for safety. Night travel in certain hill areas may be restricted.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Dev Tour & Travel is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural calamities, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or road blockages.

13. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of misuse, unsafe conditions, or violation of these terms.
